How it works

1. Request your return

Email our support team with your order number within 30 days of delivery. Let us know whether you'd like a refund or an exchange, and the reason for the return.

2. Pack your item

Include all original packaging, the cleaning cloth, and the protective case. Frames must be unworn and in original condition — we inspect every return upon arrival.

3. Ship it back

We'll email you a prepaid return label once your return is approved. Simply drop off the parcel at any carrier location — no printer required for most EU countries.

4. Receive your refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as it's on its way.

Return policy

What is your return window?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this window can unfortunately not be honored.

What are the conditions for a return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Frames are unworn and in original condition
  • All original packaging, cleaning cloth, and case are included
  • Prescription lenses are non-refundable — exchanges only
  • Sale items are final sale
  • Gift cards cannot be returned

How do exchanges work?

Want a different size, color, or style? Follow the return steps above and place a new order separately — we'll process the refund and ship your new pair independently so you receive it faster.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–10 business days before the funds appear in your account.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is free within the EU. For returns outside the EU, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.
