Shipping options
Standard shipping — Spain
Free standard shipping on all orders to the Spain. Delivery typically takes 5–9 business days after dispatch. Orders placed before 15:00 CET on weekdays ship the same day; orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.
European Union
Free standard shipping to all EU countries, including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Sweden and Denmark. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order leaves our warehouse.
United Kingdom
Free standard shipping to the UK. Delivery typically takes 5–9 business days after dispatch. Please note that any import duties or VAT charged by UK customs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Rest of the world
Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Typical delivery is 7–14 business days after dispatch. Customs fees may apply depending on your country.
Express shipping
Need it faster? Choose Express at checkout for a flat €5. Delivery times after dispatch:
- Netherlands, Belgium, UK, France: 2–5 business days
- Rest of Europe & North America: 4–7 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 3–6 business days
- Other international destinations: 5–8 business days
Express orders still follow the same 15:00 CET cut-off for same-day dispatch.

How long until my order ships?
Orders placed before 15:00 CET on weekdays are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.
Orders with prescription lenses
Prescription orders require 3–5 extra business days for custom lens production before they ship. We'll email you once your lenses are ready and the package is on its way.
When will I get a shipping confirmation?
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us.

Tracking & delivery
How do I track my order?
Every order comes with a tracking number sent to your email. Click the link in the shipping confirmation, or log into your account and go to Order history to follow its journey.
My tracking hasn't updated — should I worry?
Tracking can occasionally be delayed by a day or two, especially during busy periods or international transit. If there's no update after 5 business days, reach out to us and we'll investigate.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Address changes are possible within 2 hours of ordering, before we dispatch. Email support@yourbrand.com with your order number and the new address. Once shipped, the address can no longer be changed from our side.
What if I miss the delivery?
Most carriers will attempt delivery again the next day, or leave your package at a nearby pickup point. Check your tracking link for specific instructions from your carrier.

Taxes & customs
Will I pay customs fees?
For orders within the EU, no. VAT is included in the price and there are no additional customs fees.
For the UK, customs and VAT are collected at checkout — no extra charges on delivery.
For the rest of the world, customs fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility. These are determined by your local government and not by us.
How much will customs cost?
This depends entirely on your country's import rules. We recommend checking with your local customs office for exact rates before ordering if you're outside the EU or UK.
What if I refuse customs charges?
If a package is refused at customs and returned to us, we'll refund the order minus the original shipping cost and any return fees charged by the carrier.
How we pack and protect your order.
Packaging
How is my order packaged?
Every pair is wrapped in a protective cloth, placed in our branded case, and shipped in a recyclable cardboard box with padding to prevent damage in transit.
Is your packaging sustainable?
Yes. We use recyclable cardboard, plastic-free filler, and FSC-certified paper for all printed materials. No unnecessary plastic, no oversized boxes.
Do you offer gift packaging?
All our orders come in premium packaging that's gift-ready by default. If you'd like a handwritten note included, add your message in the order notes at checkout.
